Our Sustainable Lifecycle Process
Joliet anchors the southwest suburbs along the Des Plaines River, with historic neighborhoods and fast-growing new communities.
1. Repair & Refurbish
Our first priority is always extending the life of the machine. If a unit has potential to make a come back, our team fixes, cleans, and refurbishes it so it can be safely reused.
2. Harvest & Recycle Parts
If an appliance is beyond repair, we don't throw it away. We carefully dismantle the unit to salvage valuable functional components, electronics, and mechanical parts to keep other household appliances running.
3. Responsible Scrap Salvage
As a strict last resort, machines that are completely stripped or entirely unusable are broken down into raw commodities. We separate the metals and materials safely, selling them as scrap to local recycling facilities.
Appliance Pickup in Joliet: What to Know
Joliet's east side has some of the area's oldest housing — Victorian and early 20th century homes near the river and downtown — while the west side keeps growing with new subdivisions along Route 59 and Caton Farm Road. Partners here handle everything from ancient basement appliances to builder-grade sets from move-outs.
The city's older homes often have narrow basement stairs and low clearances that make appliance removal a real job. Experienced partners come prepared with the right equipment.
Joliet's trash service requires advance arrangement for appliances. A partner pickup works on your schedule — usually within a day or two of your request.
